Initial Nutrition Assessment: $105
What’s included:
- 1 x 60 minute initial assessment consultation
- Goal setting based on your individual health and nutrition needs
- An individualised action plan
Follow-up consultations: $75
What’s included:
- 1 x 30 minute follow-up appointment to assess ongoing progress
LOCATION: In-person consultations are held in the small meeting room upstairs in the Eastbourne Neighbourhood Hub (Library). Appointments can also be made online via Zoom.
PAYMENT: An invoice will be provided to you at the end of your appointment. You can pay via online banking. Please ensure payment is received by Lauren Grigg within 48 hours of your completed appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment may incur a $35 cancellation fee to cover the room booking and admin costs.
DO YOU HAVE HEALTH INSURANCE? Some insurance policies reimburse for Clinical Nutritionist Appointments depending on your plan – check with your insurer to see if you are eligible. You will need to pay for the consultation yourself, then get a receipt then claim back part or all of cost depending on your policy.
