I’ve been a foodie and wholeheartedly believe nutrition and eating well has the power to transform lives.
I completed my training as a Dietitian at Otago University in 2011. Since then I’ve had the privilege of working in private practice, hospitals and the community, helping people to make nutritional changes so they can live life to the full.
I understand the busyness of life and how looking after our physical wellness can sometimes feel out of reach but I’m here to help you with achievable changes that work with your lifestyle and the issues you face.
I enjoy keeping up to date with the latest research and I’m particularly interested in the latest research showing the important role our gut health plays in our health and wellbeing.
I have experience successfully helping people with a huge range of issues including metabolic health concerns such as raised cholesterol or diabetes, bowel issues such as irritable bowel syndrome, hormonal issues such as PCOS or infertility, weight loss or weight gain and nutritional deficiencies.
It’s time to live your best life. Let’s get started today!
